You can create an event via Outlook as you normally do. Simply add all the necessary information in your e-mail.
Event planning Assistant
The event planning assistant offers the possibility of checking for any overlaps in your colleagues’ calendars in advance.
You can now invite more people to the meeting in the participants field. They will receive an e-mail with a calendar entry for the event.
Clicking on the Gingco.Net/Estate Outlook add-in will open the web interface of the room booking software, where the required resources can be selected.
Available rooms and workplaces are marked as green hotspots in the map view. Just one click takes you to the booking details screen.
Within the booking details screen, items from the catering or technical equipment categories can be added. In addition, users have the option of changing the seating arrangement variations or to request an additional service.
Clicking on the “Event button” will save the room booking and you will be directed to the e-mail menu. Another click on “Send” and your booking is complete, and the organiser and the participants are informed.
